Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Real Crowd ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Real Crowd is a location-based social discovery application that helps users discover popular venues, view estimated crowd levels, check in to locations, and share experiences.

3. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account and use the Service.
  • If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's consent to use the Service.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

4. User Accounts

4.1 Account Creation

  • You may register using your email address or Sign in with Apple.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You may only create and maintain one account.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4.2 Account Deletion

  • You may delete your account at any time from Settings > Delete Account. Upon deletion, your profile, check-in history, photos, and all associated data will be permanently removed from our servers.
  • We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms.

5. User Conduct

You agree that you will NOT:

  • Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Harass, bully, stalk, or intimidate other users.
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or create multiple accounts.
  • Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or other unauthorized means to access the Service.

6. Content Guidelines

All photos and content must be appropriate and respect local customs. We reserve the right to review, moderate, and remove any content that violates these guidelines.

7. User Content & Intellectual Property

7.1 Your Content

  • You retain ownership of all content you create and upload to the Service (photos, check-ins, profile information).
  • By uploading content, you grant Real Crowd a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content solely within and in connection with the Service.
  • You can delete your content at any time, which will revoke the above license for that content.

8. Location Services

  • Certain features require access to your device's location services (foreground only).
  • We use your location to show nearby venues and enable check-ins.
  • You can disable location permissions at any time through your device settings.

9. Crowd Data & Accuracy

The app displays both live crowd data and estimated crowd levels for venues. Live data is sourced from third-party APIs and is clearly labeled. Estimated data is generated based on venue patterns and historical trends. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or real-time nature of any crowd data displayed in the app.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Real Crowd and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Real Crowd and its affiliates from any claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Reporting & Enforcement

  • Report inappropriate content or behavior using the in-app Report or Block features.
  • For serious issues, contact us at Support@vyspir.com.

14. Modifications to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by updating the "Last Updated" date above.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Real Crowd regarding your use of the Service.
